Did You Know? In 2007-08 the PSC attended 31 career fairs, business dinners and receptions across Saskatchewan to promote careers in the public service and 40 outreach events including group information presentations. Programs & Services Planning for SuccessPlanning for Success (PFS) is the performance management program for out-of-scope employees in the Saskatchewan public service. Through this program, employees will be accountable for taking an active role in developing their own performance plans, monitoring their performance, gathering feedback that supports their achievements, and assessing their progress. Managers will also be accountable for ensuring regular feedback is provided and supporting employees in addressing obstacles in order to achieve priorities or objectives.
